For people who don't know, the DMX741 has a Standard Ku LNBF (IF: 11.7GHz-12.2GHz / LO: 10750MHz) and C band, and the DMX741U has a Universal Ku LNBF (IF: 10.7GHz-12.75GHz / LO: 9750MHz & 10600MHz) and C band.
The DMX741 uses 22KHz swithing to switch between C and Ku band. This model is ideal for 4DTV C band receivers. When you have 22KHz switching on , the receiver will switch over to the Ku side, and when 22KHz is off or "0" receiver will switch to the C band . The DMX741U uses DiSEqC switching to switch between the C band and Ku band side. The C band portion is connected to the "A" or "1" port of the switch and the Ku band is connected to "B" or "2" port of the switch. If anybody else wants to comment or has an interesting find, please post.
