I phoned the office 05/12/09 my order had not been processed at that time so I waited another 5 days and phoned again and my order still had not been processed and the guy promised to get it in the post that hour today is the 20th and I still don't have the LNB I'm going to ring the office again now to see if it has been processed or not???

crackt I ordered some cloth's from the big mans shop in cincinnati on monday 18th and the arrived 10 mins ago 20/05/09

Hi,

I agree. 5 days to process is a long time. The problem comes in when US Mail system does not pick up on a daily basis. End of the day we have to physically take the packages to the post office to get them shipped. Most of the international orders we do are large cargo orders and we ship them either with our freight brokers or UPS/FedEx. Smaller international orders we have started shipping with USPS in order to save our customers some money. Sometimes it takes a day or two to allow the US Mail packages to add up before we take them to the post office.

Either way, I appologize yours took a few days longer to process. I have checked and it has been shipped already and you should have it shortly. Maybe even today...

thanks for that RDosetareh I have just got off the phone and guy said he would e-mail me a tracking number its much cheaper to track than to get on the phone because out side America I have to pay international rates I'm waiting for your guy's e-mail
