Yes, but you have cut a hole on the Scalar ring for it to fit. I must warn you.........both DMX741U and your regular KU/Universal can't see the same Bird at the same time as they will be a few degrees apart. So practically it is not worth the hassle. Others may have a different take.

Are you trying to hook up a different receiver to be watching programming from the same satellite or different satellite?

what I meant was if the dielectric plate is installed is the V/H signal lost in DMX741U

still No delivery yet 9:45 pm GMT

yes I want to download from the universal LNB to another receiver I'm trying to save myself from getting the ladders out to take out the plate when I watch V/H channels doe's that make sense

I believe the KU side of the DMX741U LNB signal will be low if not lost.

Sorry on reflection red type is wrong
Here I am Saturday afternoon and still no delivery I'm now pi++ed off I waited 5 days to get my order processed and the postal service oh my god did I say postal service I meant to say tortoise service.
[b]galaxy/marketing should think about changeing the company that deals with the small orders I don't like moaning but hay,

It's now into Tuesday 26th and still no delivery it doesn't matter any more I no longer want it I have now instructed my credit card company master card to return my money to my account as my card is guaranteed that for any reason I'm not happy with the product or the length of time for delivery

My advice to SW international is to contact your postal service and tell them to return your item as I will not take delivery + the fact my post was ignored

I've kept up with this thread for the last few days and to be perfectly frank I'm kind of getting tired of your attitude and I am sure other people reading this feel the same way.

From what I see here WS has done everything they were suppose to and mailed your lnb. You seeing no scan on the package is not their fault and they are not the ones who should be held responsible.

As for WSI not responding, I see they have already appologized to you, and you need to realize once they hand the stuff off to the post office, they don't have any control over it. It does not just go for WSI, but it goes for any other company that shipps stuff out.

I ordered some cloth's from the big mans shop in Cincinnati on monday 18th and the arrived 20/05/09[/ that is good postal service


pnguyen30328 if you were keeping up with this tread how did you miss this not that it has anything to do with you this is between me and WSInternational unless you can do something help if not butt OUT also I could not care less if you are getting tired of my attitude its my money don't drag others on the forum in to reinforce your comment

also all company's are responsible for the contractors the employ and apparently USPS has a lot to be desired


I phoned the office 05/12/09 my order had not been processed at that time so I waited another 5 days and phoned again and my order still had not been processed and the guy promised to get it in the post that hour today is the 20th and I still don't have the LNB I'm going to ring the office again now to see if it has been processed or not???

I made 4 phone calls from uk to WSI that might answer your question
