It seems like they can not find your address. I would call up with the tracking number. Send me an EMAIL with your address and let's verify we have the correct address.

If it was up to me, I would have delivered it by now. I know how frustrating it is, trust me.

Guess it's customs fees & charges, these are obviously payable by you, like they are for every other importer on earth.

As far as shipping time is concerned, nothing special there, sometimes it takes a week across the ocean sometimes 2 or even three weeks if by AirMail.

You have a lot to learn about international trading / purchasing!

Parcel left USA 21st and arrived UK 26th - only 5 days, nothing wrong with that!

First of all I'm not a trader or an importer the item was shipped on the wrong document which made subject to VAT and customs charges been shipped on a home buyers document it would not have happened so YOU have something to learn

This was explained to me by customs if you want to check that out here is the phone number [02476212860]

also read all the post not just one
The item was ordered on the 5th may it did not get processed until 11th may [that was probably an over site] and it left the USA on 21st may in my reckoning that's is 16 days so if you don't have anything helpful to say get lost
I do feel sorry for RDosetareh he is trying to help in any way he can and trying to find answers for us all

[all my post's is to the man in charge RDosetareh]

I never said you are a trader BUT you are an importer / the importer of whatever you buy from outside the country you live in - it being 1 item or a million items.
Don't know what "export" document was used.
Have never heard about a special one for UK by USPS, but.............who knows, would not surprise me.................
I read all posts, there seems to have been a delay in shipping that may be so, but could have been that item was out of stock for a few days, maybe they needed to verify your payment somehow, maybe they did not get authorisation for a few days, who knows....... they may even have other orders to ship.... waiting 4 WORKING days for item to be packed / shipped is no big deal.
Seller / exporter have to wait for USPS to pick up from warehouse, a few days may be lost there. When they have phoned for item to be picked up they have done what they should do unless you believe they should make a special trip to the Post Office with your parcel only...?
Many companies in the USA don't use Post Office at all!
You and I and others should be happy that they give that extra service and ship with postal service which usually save us BIG money on shipping / duty / taxes / fees - but may sometimes take a bit more time!!!
Once post office or courier or shipping company has taken item to be shipped, it's out of sellers control - that should be obvious.
If you want something to be delivered within a few days ask for "guaranteed delivery" but expect to PAY BIG.
I just ordered same item as you, will see how long POST OFFICE takes to deliver - including time stuck at customs which (believe it or not) is outside the control of seller / exporter / shipper / carrier.
This is a "public" forum, this is for all members to read and answer to if they feel like it!!!!!
If your discussion / posts are with Robby Dosetareh only, then you should of course only use PM or email!
Don't know how long you have been in import / export, don't sounds like it can be very long .............................

It looks like you should be a preacher you like to talk down to people .
I probably been buying from your country and Canada for more years than you are old.
and yes you are right about PM or email it would keep people like you in the pen.
And as for a private delivery is this you trying to be sarky again poor effort
they were only 2 LNB'S for shipping to GB that day and we both have the
same problem

I found 2 of your post's which is trying to slag me off the other may have been deleted by someone who didn't like your snake belly comments.
And I hope with any luck that you get your LNB some time in the near future 2011 sounds good but kooking at the time of your post you live the USA
I have had many items from the united states and this the first time I have had a problem the company's that I ordered from don't use ups/usps/Fedex/parcel force the use there own services and royal male at UK end.
at time of ordering LNB'S were in stock

Sorry, your English / spelling / grammar is so bad I can't understand much of what you write - guess you are still a very young teenager...........guess you will learn as you get older.

Lesson #1 today:
To find my or any other members posts you simply click on their name and then on "Find all posts by ..(member).."
For me you (now) see 4 posts, the 3 you mention (1 of which had nothing to do with you or this thread) + this post you see / read now = total 4 posts. So you see that no posts have been deleted - guess you are a bit paranoid ! LOL
