you can't even stick with what you wrote that the forum is public so you can read my posts but I can't read your's
This is a "public" forum, this is for all members to read and answer to if they feel like it and as for teaching anyone a Lesson you might try to teaching your A+S to speak and keep your trap shut I'm not English and my spelling / grammar are fine how many languages do you speak !!!!! and as a good bye to you. You can kiss the last thing of mine that clears the door and if you can't understand get someone outside your circle to explain it to you . BYE Last edited by oreil; 06-03-2009 at 07:56 AM. |

I'm sorry, but I have tried to stay out of this, but unfortunatly, I will need to step in.
This is a public forum and it's getting out of hand. This is not a place to be childish, disrespectful, or track orders. Shipping: So everybody knows, we used to ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL ONLY! We kept receiving request from our overseas customers that #1 cost of shipping with UPS/FedEx/DHL were high and #2 the customs brokerage fees that they charge ($40USD) is much higher than what USPS charges ($9USD). After receiving this request over and over again from our customers, we decided to start giving customers the option of shipping with USPS as well for mostly international orders. Almost all retail customers are requesting shipping with USPS. USPS is not our ideal way to ship because of issues like this. We don't like shipping with USPS because when shipping to most domestic and international countries, you can not track and see step by step location of a package like you can with UPS/FedEx/DHL. The first scan says received, and the last scan says delivered which is basically pointless. USPS maybe cheaper, but it's a lot more slower than UPS/FedEx/DHL. USPS does not pickup on a scheduled or regular basis from our warehouse because their service in our area is very poor. Sometimes we are forced to physically take the package to the post office, which could delay it a couple of days. Customs Duties & Brokerage Fees Customs Duties & Brokerage fees are paid by the importer/customer. Brokerage fees vary from company to company. As I had mentioned above, USPS charges the least amount for their brokerage service to clear the product through customs. This is why almost 100% of international retail customers preffer USPS. Now, to continue from above, if there is a private issue that needs to be discussed with our office, then an email or phone call is the best way. If you post something on a forum, don't get upset, become disrespectful, and tell people not to comment when they do that. I will NOT stand for that. I hope that is clear.

Thanks Robby for taking care of this. Again, all members should be courteous to each other. Abusive and insulting language will not be tolerated on this forum.
