The Co-RotorII is not good for the Left polarity and Right polarity signals. In order to get R/L signals, you will need to purchase our DMX741U C & Ku band LNBF or the DMX741U C and Ku band LNBF.

These LNBFs are linear but come with a dielectric plate that will let you receive circular signals as well.

What type of receiver do you have?

Go ahead and call the office at 1-888-333-5560. Let them know what happened and I'm sure we can take care of you.

As for the receiver you have, I'd recommend you go with the DMX741 model.

Sounds good. It will be on it's way to the UK shortly. Also, the model is DMX741U which is what you will need to use in the UK.

I believe the Channel Master 1.2m is an Offset dish. Does it look like this without the LNB? If so it is an offset dish. Secondly, yes, you need the dielectric plate to receive RC/LC on the C-band. I hope this helps.
