DMX741 Poor Ku Reception

hi robby , i buy for you a few week a dmx741u , and i test in my dish of mesh of 2.3 m (7.5 feet) and the channles on band C working fine , but in KU is very bad , now i have the actuator for east satellite 14 w to 61 w , and for example , i llok perfect in C 14 w , 18 w , 22 w 37.5 w 43 w , but when i put 30 w , is hispasat , and the ku is very bad , i move the lnbf out , in , left , right , and nothink , C working very god , KU very bad , thanks mikee

Also, are you looking at Hispasat 1C or Hispasat 1D??

i live in miami , i see the hispasat with other dish 76 cm , and is good , now with the dish of mesh 7.5 feet and dmx741U the KU is very bad , tomorrot i go to test with a corotor C/KU for see the Ku how working with that feed ... i think what the design of dmx741U in Ku this very back, that makes the reception, that bad I fodder, if a design could be done, that lnbf of ku was ahead, thus had maximum reception in ku, and would not lose in the C ...
maybe that working better

robby , today i make the test with a corotor in band KU , and put the dish for hispsat and working perfect , the guality is 85 ...
i test agauin the dmx741u , and the guality down max 25 , the cuban channles , and the spain channles is 10-15 , very bad , with the corotor all channles guality 75-85

I believe a (coarse) mesh dish + ku band is not always a good mix...

Are you sure you have setup the correct polarity, and F/D on the LNBF?

yes i have correct all , F/D 0.38 is my dish , the polarity is correct , focus perfect , i test with the corotor and working perfect , you lnbf in Ku is no good

ku on my newly acquired 9ft spun aluminum is superb. 90% + quality on everything. only thing is i have the 741u. i need a 741 to use with my newly acquired dsr920.
