Default SG9120 motor and 9036 dish

I've got a Wistech angle meter that's supposed to be good for plus minus 1/10 of a degree, so I'd like to at least start with it as close to right as I can.

OK, let's say I've got a perfectly plumb pole, and the latitude mark on the motor is set to my latitude - 33.2 degN. With the motor pointing true south exactly, what should the exact vertical angle of the dish mounting pole be? In other words, I want to check to see that the latitude setting on the motor is as close as I can possibly get it; I don't think the scratches on the side of the motor are close enough. How do I check to make sure the motor latitude angle is exact, and what should it be?

Second, here's the 9036 dish, again with semi-unreadable chicken scratches on the adjustment side. I know the dish should be pointed exactly at the Clarke belt location directly south from my house. Unfortunately, the satellite closest to True South is a couple degrees off - I'd like to start with the dish pointed at the Clarke belt.

The dish offset angle is 24.62 degrees; I know that the dish will appear to be pointed 24.62 degrees too low when in fact it's pointed up correctly. What should be the exact correct vertical ground angle to the Clarke belt?

Offset: What is it, and do I need to worry about it with a motor dish?

Thanks!
