Came home after being gone for a week, 80% signal, no quality, green light is not on, on the motor, tried to push the reset, not sure what I'm pushing in the hole, nothing seems to happen? Any suggestions?

Had you turned off your satellite receiver before you left? If yes, hard or soft? Please tell us what type of receiver and motor you have. By they way, WELCOME TO THE FORUM!!!!

It was a hard OFF, I always shut down when I'm going to be gone for awhile, we have had a lot of storms in the midwest, don't see any signs of a lightning strike.

The green light only lights if you have an other light on SG models is an yellow then you run motor to zero and then push the reset bottom and the the green light will show up.

Found out what is was after I took it down, when I unplugged the LNB the green light came back on, called Galaxy and he said it was the LNB gone bad. It’s under warranty so I have to send it in, will be without TV for awhile.
