Default SG9120 motor lights, but won't move.

Hi, I just bought a SG9120 diseqc motor. I had it working for about 30 minutes, but now it won't do anything. I changed the coax, tried 2 different receivers (viewsat max hd and dreambox 550-s). I can get the green light to come on, but when I press the manual button, the green light goes off, then flashes red for a bit. It keeps going through this cycle when I keep the button pushed. I reset both receivers to factory, without any luck. Any ideas?

Do you receivers have factory software or are they 3rd party software?

It seems that it acts like it is stuck, drawing too much amperage for the box to handle. So I hooked up a 18v dc supply and used the manual button on the motor. After a few tries, it did move. It seems like it is too tight, or something is out of round inside. Anyhow, It works for now. I had to do this twice. I was wondering if maybe the receiver(s) aren't putting out enough voltage or amperage. Does anyone know of a way to check? I am trying to isolate the problem.
