Question DiSEqc motor don't work.

My DiSEqc motor has been working fine for about a year, now the green lite come on, but it won't move. When I push the manual buttons, the lite turn red until I push it for a second time, then it go back to green. When I try to operate it using my remote,(east/west moving, or go to 0) the lite stay green, but no movement. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be, I'm thinking maybe the motor has gone bad.(My receiver is a Fortec Star Fortune).

Make sure your Longitude and Latitude are correct in your menu setup in the receiver. (USALS)
I'm not familiar with that brand name of motor.
I have a Powertech HH motor
