Default miniBUD C band on ku band dish

I have a WS1247 satellite dish that I have been using for a couple of ku band satellites, and plan on hopefully winning the WSI DMX241 and Conical scalar ring kit WSKU2C Kit and if not, I'll prob. buy one from WS. I have bought many other brands of different LNB, but have never had as high of quality product as I have had from WS International. I will never buy another brand again!

My question is how hard is it to get C band locked in on a 120cm dish? Any tricks?

I've been doing legal free to air for a few years now and love it. I have always been around ku band. Is it going to be much different as far as installation?

the installation should be about the same c band is a little harder on the small dishes due to the wide beam it's possbile to get bleed over from another sat a couple degrees off causing the signals to interact and causing no video. the sats that don't have a lot of c band sat signals next to it is the easier ones to get.

Thanks Rainman. Now it's just wait and watch time.

why not jump in with both feet and find you a true c band dish. a lot of them setting around not being use and a lot of times they are free for just removing them.
