Default Conical Scalar Ring

A conical scalar ring is used to concentrate C band signal into your favorite C band or C/Ku band LNBF like the DMX241 or the DMX741. The WS International WS-KU2C scalar ring kit comes with a 65mm LNBF bracket to mount your C band LNBF onto either a 90cm dish like the WS9036 or a 120cm dish like the WS1247 or any other larger dish.

Conical Scalar Ring | Model WS-KU2C Kit Manufactured By WS International

My dmx741 and conical scalar ring from Galaxy Marketing arrived late yesterday afternoon. I was able to test it a little before it got dark. The only offset dish I have is a 90cm fortec. The holder attached perfectly to the dish without any modification. I was able to quickly locate Shepards Chapel on G16 @ 99w. In fact I was able to get that channel(which is analog) with no static at all. I switched to my pansat 3500sd receiver and was able to get World Harvest TV locked in with 32% quality. I couldnt get anything else to lock, but it was getting dark and rain was coming. I will hopefully have some time this weekend to test some more. I may need to get a 1.2 meter dish for better results.

i was so close to getting my dmx741u installed today. took all my gear up to the roof. even mounted the lnb. my old cs6k had barely any relevant cband transponders programmed in. then it started to snow abit so i thought id get the tv off the roof. haha. from what i could tell and it was only a glance. the linear ku performance seemed alright. and the universal lo even found a few chans i hadnt seen before. ahh well. sunday when my kids go back to their moms i will try again.

Snow and rain always get in the way. .

If you use a standard LO (10750) and install a universal LNBF, you will see some of the TPs come in, but not all of them

Are you suggesting he uses for Universal a LO of 10600 for most of the TPs to come in?
