Dielectric Plates In Stock

Our Dielectric plates to allowe you to receive circular C band signals are now back in stock.

The first people to get them are the ones who have purchased our C band LNBF, our C and Ku band LNBFs and DID NOT RECEIVE IT IN THEIR PACKAGE.

For the people who did not receive them, please email sales@wsidigital.com along with your full name, invoice number and address and we will US Mail you one ASAP.

All our other DMX741, DMX741U, and our DMX241 LNBFs ordered from now on will have them included in the box.

Dielectric plates will be available for sale in about 2 weeks if you want to purchase them for your C or CKU band LNBFs that did you did not purchase from us and that did not have them.

I'd like to take a second a sincerely appologize if we have inconvinienced anybody who did not receive it with their dielectic plates. I will personally assure it will not happen again. This was due to a factory hick-up and beyond my personal control.
