hello, i am new on this, i have given to me a ultraviewsat box to install. i have install the dish and the box as required. here is the problem i am located in south america, looking for amazon satellite, i need to know where to go to update the box and instruction or guidence to find the altitud and azimuth. I was told that the lnb that i was given is the quartz which i dont know what it means. Any help i will really appreciated i am already frustrared on this.
