Default Trouble with OmegaSat DBS5700 and rotor.

This is my second FTA setup.

I'm trying to setup a OmegaSat DBS5700 with rotor and Quad Polar LNBF

First time with OmegaSat DBS5700. It was easy to find Galaxy 19 found and scan it.

When I switch to another satellite to scan, the rotor never turns even though the TV screen says "Moving". I can manually turn the remote pushing the button on the rotor or manually with the remote control in the "Motor Control" menu. But when I select "Go To Satellite", the rotor never turns.

I'd like to use some other satellites, like Satmex5.

I've selected "Save Current Position" while on Galaxy 19.

I've tried 2 different cables with the same result.

Any ideas?
