Default DIPLEXER not working?

I need help please. I ordered Diplexer WS International in order to combine the satellite signal with the off iar HDTV in one cable. I am getting only the satellite signal. The site suggest to buy a pair and connect one on each end. I don;t know what else to do. When I connect the off air directly to the TV, the signal is there.
Any ideas??

We need a little more information about the installation you did. Compare this diagram with your connection.

Default The diagram is exactly how I did it

I installed the wire exactly like shown on the diagram, and only the satellite signal goes through. I even changed the main wire and baught a new one, the same result. I am not sure why!
