As far as I can see, there are no Arabic channels on Galaxy 28. There is a bunch of them on Galaxy 19 : Galaxy 19 at 97.0°W - LyngSat.
The best dish to get is the WS9036 90cm Ku band dish and the Chaparral Universal Ku LNBF. This will give you all the free Arabic stations on Galaxy 19.

I guess if there really no arabic channels in galaxy 28? Can anyone give a link to the available arabic channels?

Galaxy 19 has most of the arabic channels.
