Hi Robby,
This is colly here, i spoke to you last month while in New York and purchase one DMX741 and one DMX741u, I give the 741 to a friend and keep the 741U,A friend of mine try to installing the DMX741U for me today and we were unable to received and Ku signal and c band was ok, we try all possible adjustment and settings yet still no ku, could you please explain what we could be doing wrong? Thank You.

Are you able to ship by USPS "First-Class Mail® International Package" or "Priority Mail® International"???
Currently need a DMX741U - C & Ku LNBF.
FedEx or any other courier is a BIG No-No to Canada due to Very High Extra Charges, Fees & Taxes they charge at this end............
