Default Satellite & Home Theater Diagram

Here is a drawing of my current Home Theater/Satellite Setup. I have 8 dishes going into a EMP Centuri S.168 Goto nnSwitch. A single output then go to my satellite receiver (Dreambox 7020 with a 500 Gig harddrive). The A/V signal goes to my Home Theater setup. But, it has a built in network connection so it is also connected to my home network via router. On my network I have 2 servers. Server #1 has 2TB worth of storage and server #2 presently has 1.4Tb. With this I stream media (movies, music, pictures) to my home theater by means of the D-link media player from the servers and any of my PC’s. 2 of the PC’s are wireless and stream via router. The Linksys bridge is a secondary network so if a allowed, trusted (encrypted) neighbor wanted to connect they can. If anyone is interested in the home theater I can break that down too.

Yea, I know, I’m a geek – you don’t have to tell me.

That's a great setup Buzz. Maybe you can list your equipment as your signature.

KRLOS, I know you have a DreamBox, which model is yours??
